During the summer, our well-maintained garden turns into an oasis of calm. You can jump into the heated outdoor pool, catch a tan on the terrace, or relax in the shade of a spacious covered pergola. In the evening, just light up the gas grill or open fire pit and enjoy a perfect holiday night with family or friends. The surrounding area is also packed with cycling trails and hiking destinations, such as the nearby Štěpánka lookout tower or Mumlava Waterfall.

❄️ Winter skiing right behind the house

Do you love winter sports? Then you are in the right place. Apartment Ulrich is located just a 5-minute walk from the Kamenec Ski Resort ski lift. Forget about long drives – putting on your skis and hitting the slopes has never been easier. After returning from the slopes, you will appreciate our secure ski storage room and the chance to warm up in a private sauna, which is part of one of the apartments.

Rooms

Apartment Ulrich offers comfortable accommodation in 2 fully equipped apartments and a triple room, with a total capacity of 14 beds. Each unit features its own kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities also include comfortable furniture, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement and for a fee. The apartment house also offers table football, luggage storage, and a ski storage room.

You can spend well-deserved moments of relaxation in our well-maintained garden with a pergola and a gas grill, or take a refreshing dip in the heated pool. Drivers will appreciate free parking right on-site. In winter, snow chains are required.

Dining at Apartment Ulrich is self-catering. Guests can cook on their own in the fully equipped kitchenettes available in every room, or visit local restaurants. For instance, the U Zemánků restaurant is located just about 100 meters away.

• Fee for use sauna: 15 EUR / 1 hour (only Suite with 2 rooms and sauna)

• Children until 10 years old 20% discount. Children until 3 years old for free.

• Rent for free baby travel cot with a blanket and pillow, including bed linen.

• Non refundable prepayment 50% after booking required.

• Pets are allowed for a fee of EUR 4 / 1 night.

• Check-in: from 2 pm on the day of arrival

• Check-out: until 10 am on departure day

Cancellation

"We understand that life cannot always be planned. If you need to cancel your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are completely free of charge.
• If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited in full as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be given even if you decide to shorten your stay or leave earlier than originally planned."
